--Fred Goldman is paid $100,000 per year to promote the Victim's Rights Amendment; of which, legal experts have testified: Simply put, we have never amended the Constitution to provide affirmative entitlements to one class of citizens, from the government and other citizens -- least of all to a class of citizenswho are as politically powerful as are crime victims. This proposed "Victims's RightsAmendment" to the federal Constitution is unnecessary, and thus, trivializes the Constitution. Itis unwise. And it is dangerous. Following are more specific points as to each of these overarchingconcerns about S.J. Res. 6.
14NEW YORK (AP) -- Ron Goldman's father says in a book -- "His Name Is Ron: Our Search for Justice" -- released Friday that he sometimes fantasizes about putting a gun to O.J. Simpson's head, forcing him to confess and then blowing him away anyway.

Papers were filed by Lawyer Merritt McKeon.
Ask about the Heisman Trophy, Fred Goldman announces, ''I don't care where it goes.'' adding, ''I'd like to have it so I can pound the daylights out of it with a sledgehammer.''

OJ Simpson's home and it's contents are scheduled for a July 14 creditors auction.
The IRS gives him thirty days to pay $600,000 in claimed back taxes.
``You can owe Uncle Sam and not break the law,'' Simpson said.
``They said I lied when I said I didn't commit these crimes,'' Simpson said. ``That's their opinion. They're wrong.''
``It will never end personally in my heart until someone's criminally prosecuted for the crime,'' he said. ``But how much longer can it go on about my personal financial records?''

In a characteristic show of style and Class, Simpson also responded to a remark Thursday by Goldman's father, Fred, who wished he could pound the Heisman with a sledgehammer.
``It's worth a lot more emotionally to my kids than a guy who would like to destroy it,'' Simpson said. ``I won it, that's the important thing.''

July 2Mezzaluna Auction. Nicole's Last Supper and the menu sells for $40, a "T" shirt brings $200. Reports out numbered the 50 or so bidders in an aution brought about by failing business after the June 12th 1994 murders ... when tourists and gawkers began to outnumber paying customers.
Fred Goldman is scheduled to be on the air at WOAI in San Antonio, Texas, from July 21st through the 25th.
It's an ongoing, on-air contest to determine who will permanently fill an afternoon time slot.
7 WASHINGTON (AP) -- Three Starbucks Coffee employees were found shot to death Monday in their shop in the capital's upscale Georgetown area.
The store's doors were locked when the three were found, and nothing appeared to have been stolen, said a homicide detective.
The victims, all residents of Washington, were identified as Aaron David Goodrich, 18; Mary Caitrin Mahoney, 24, and Emory Allen Evans, 25. How does this fit in with the Bundy Murders?
Nicole Brown Simpson and Faye Resnick had plans to open a STARBUCKS COFFEE SHOP.
An upscale neighborhood, three employees killed, nothing stolen. What was the motive?
9Orenthal James Simpson turns fifty.
With the impending auction of his house and sale of his possessions, rumors have circulated that Simpson plans to file bankruptcy. But Simpson and his lawyer, Ronald Slates, say that's not in the game plan yet.
The mortgage holder, Hawthorne Savings of El Segundo, is owed $2.46 million on the property. Jim Sage, a spokesman for the bank, said that bidders will have to show up at the auction with cash or ``cash equivalent,'' such as a cashiers check, for that amount if they want to buy the home.

A tabloids depict Simpson as a man planning to lay seige to his home. Asked about the auction, Simpson said, ``I'm not involved with that. I wrote off the house long ago.''
9Orenthal James Simpson turns 50. His family presents him with the keys to a new black Ford Expedition.
10 LOS ANGELES (AP) -- First Fred Goldman was threatening to destroy O.J. Simpson's Heisman Trophy with a sledgehammer. Now, Goldman's lawyer says he has a $1 million offer to melt it down on pay-per-view TV.
Petrocelli said. ``We've received... a bona fide offer which we have checked into and have verified that this promoter will pay $1 million to broadcast on a pay-per-view basis the Heisman trophy being melted.''
The trophy, the most coveted honor in college football, was awarded to Simpson in 1968. Simpson has said he believes the trophy is in trust for his children and hopes they get to keep it rather than have it go to Goldman. Prior to entering into negociations, Petrocelli floated the offer as a trial balloon on GERALDO. An absense of media induced public outrage would signal the start of negociations.

14Larry King Live DANIEL PETROCELLI, GOLDMAN FAMILY ATTORNEY: "No, not at all. Someone recently asked me, Wolf, about three or four days ago, if I thought O.J. Simpson would ever try to reclaim his position in society again. And I thought about it and I said, "Yes, he's narcissistic and egotistic enough to attempt that, but it will take five years." And I was sadly wrong. It's taken five months before he thought he could go back out and begin his new image reclamation project, which is all this is about."

Fred Goldman On the Air? Fred Goldman is auditioning for a job as a radio talk-show host in San Antonio, Texas. During a two-hour audition Monday on WOAI radio, Goldman spoke out in support of judicial reform. Although O.J. Simpson was acquitted in a criminal trial, Goldman maintains he murdered his son, Ronald, and Nicole Brown Simpson. A civil court found Simpson responsible for the deaths. Reaction from callers Monday was mixed. Some said "God bless you" while one caller accused Goldman of ``profiteering.'' Goldman told the critical caller, ``I'm not doing this for the money. If you want to find a magic button that will bring back my son, I will be off the air."
(SAN ANTONIO, Texas) -- Fred Goldman has begun his week- long stint as a radio talk show host in San Antonio, Texas. Television cameras from around the country packed the studios at W-O-A-I radio today as Goldman discussed crime victim's rights. The father of murder victim Ron Goldman is participating in what is called the ``Great Talk Off,'' in which W-O-A-I is attempting to find a new permanent afternoon talk show host. Goldman's producer, Marti McIntyre, says no guests are scheduled to discuss the O.J. Simpson case, but Goldman will have 'open line' time if he wants to bring up the issue.

29Fred Goldman attempts to appropiate Third Party Assests --
  • A VEHICLE, leased by Eunice Simpson, and driven by O.J.
  • A PIANO, given to Eunice Simpson at a party nearly TWELVE YEARS AGO -- nine years before the murders. Once again, Fred Goldman has displayed his irrational greed through his attempt to trick the court into assigning him rights to third party property.
The YIDDISH term is GONIFF, which basically means THIEF. Fred Goldman is working hard to establish this term as his epitaph.
  • Aug7 Sorry Freddy... ya can't steal third party property:

SANTA MONICA, Calif. (AP) An automobile dealer who said he was golfing buddies with O.J. Simpson testified today that he leased a Ford Expedition to Simpson's mother and never talked to Simpson himself about the deal.

SANTA MONICA, Calif. (AP) A judge tentatively ruled today that a $20,000 piano taken from O.J. Simpson's home last week was a gift to his mother and not subject to seizure to satisfy a wrongful death judgment.

Sep15 OJ Simpson moves out of Rockingham.

17 LOS ANGELES (AP) -- O.J. Simpson's ex-girlfriend Paula Barbieri considers the football legend "a bad guy" who deceived her and once grabbed a phone from her during an argument, a new interview discloses. But she said that he never struck her and "I have to believe" he didn't kill his ex-wife.

Barbieri, who has given few interviews, signed with publisher Little, Brown and Co. earlier this year to write a memoir of their years together, which is due out soon.

In her talk with Sawyer, Barbieri describes her ambivalent feelings about Simpson and says she now understands the fear Simpson's ex-wife felt when she made a now-famous 911 call to police as her ex-husband stormed outside her house.

"I think I can understand her feelings -- inadequate, frightened."

At one point in the interview, Sawyer asks: "Is O.J. a bad guy?"

"I think so. I think in as far as lying to me and cheating and deceiving me, yes, he's bad," Barbieri responds.

Barbieri's own experience with Simpson's temper came during an argument in the Orange County community of Laguna Beach.

"We got into a verbal confrontation," Barbieri said. "I grabbed the phone to dial out and to get a car to come pick me up, and he grabbed the phone from me. It wound up being a little too physical for my liking."

She said Simpson never hit her and she does not believe Simpson killed his ex-wife and Goldman.

"I have to believe in my heart, for my own sanity, that he can't be responsible," Barbieri said. "I couldn't sleep at night."

She said Simpson was "very much in control" of his criminal defense and he was specific in who he wanted on the jury.

"He said a jury of his mamas," Barbieri said. "I don't mean to say that disrespectfully at all, but just meaning that women that can understand what it would be like to be from a poor black neighborhood."

Barbieri describes her own anger toward Mrs. Simpson, and her belief that Simpson's ex-wife was the cause of her breakup with Simpson -- and her guilt about that now.

"I would say how I wished that she would disappear and I wished that she was gone. And that is a really horrible thing to say about anyone," Barbieri tells Sawyer. "To wish someone gone and then for it to happen."

30 Judge Lets Piano Stay in Simpson Family AP 30-SEP-97
SANTA MONICA, Calif. (AP) O.J. Simpson and his mother today won the tug-of-war with creditors over a $20,000 grand piano, with a judge ruling it belonged to Eunice Simpson and should be returned.
"Over 14 years, the facts support that Mrs. Simpson owned the property. She can do with it what she wants," Superior Court Judge David Perez said.

The Goldman steam roller has run out of fuel. The legal system has started to behave in a mannor consistant with justice and fair play. The piano is now headed to Simpson's new residence.

STAMFORD, Conn. (AP) Mark Fuhrman, the former Los Angeles police
detective who gained notoriety in the O.J. Simpson murder trial, is writing a book
about the unsolved 1975 murder of a Greenwich teen-ager.

Fuhrman is investigating the murder of 15-year-old Martha Moxley as a follow-up

Advocate and the Long Island, N.Y., newspaper Newsday reported Tuesday.

Fuhrman's agent, Lucianne Goldberg, said details of the deal would be announced
                   within a few days.

"This case involves money, power and influence, something I know about,"
Fuhrman told Newsday. "It was a brutal, unnecessary murder."
